• As a pre-sales consultant in charge of the Africa region, I work with potential customers to understand their needs and explain Daon’s software products, experience and value.
• I help to address technical questions and concerns, influence thinking and propose a solution using Daon’s products that fits the customer’s needs and systems architecture.

• Engaged and collaborated with Infosys Finacle treasury product team in defining new solution functionality road for v5.2 of the Finacle application.
• Facilitated the preparation of Finacle statement of work (SoW) documentation for various Finacle banking application project deployments.
• Coordinated and organized demand generating activities for the Finacle product suite (e.g. workshop, product events etc.).
• Initiated a remote 24/7 support model for Finacle product customers.
