I led the transformation from Cisco to HP switches and installed 6,000+ access points to provide connectivity in all spaces. I also negotiated a $12M network switch and access point upgrade to increase network bandwidth from 2 gigabits to 40 gigabits by mid-2022. • Decreasing the number of help desk tickets at Atlanta Public Schools, implementing an IT service catalog and self-service solutions and strategically redefining service desk functions. • Reducing costs by $4.5M over 2 years at General Electric. I led the communication and computation “Bullet Train” initiative that decreased telecom spending across all worldwide regions for the Energy Services Division.
