Ensure accurate Orders are processed to CustomersProper QA of products is achieved.All necessities are done before the final packaging of products.Keep good track of all orders being processed to the next UnitAccurate documentation and reports are done.confirm the customer’s choice of brand, size of the item, and respective color, and generate the customer’s invoice and the waybill.-Ensure 100% confidence that quality requirements is been fulfilled.-Ensure item factory sealed intact before shipment to customers. -Proper assessment of an item on manufacture date and expiry date before packaging.-Avoid leakage or broken item on shipment.-Ensure a proper and good presentation of items packaged is been shipped out to their various customers.-Ensure multiple items in an order are properly packed for the right customer, to avoid mismatching the wrong item.

-Maintaining inventory and supply by receiving, storing, and transferring items to and from the warehouse.-Updating the inventory process on the BUSY APP for a proper database record.-Prepare purchase orders, receive, store and issue goods.-Maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility.-Monitoring inventory levels and product movement.-Documenting and controlling aged and damaged products.-Tracking and reporting non-conforming products.-Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock, maintain stock records manually, and computerized process.-Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting.-Prepare inventories and also responsible for checking supply invoices against purchase orders.-Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location.-Carry out a regular variance analysis of the stock.-Involve in the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.-Ensure all supplier deliveries are received, checked, processed, and put away within agreed timelines (GRN)- Notify appropriate departments when supplier non-conformance or shortage/overages are found, i.e. Buying, QC.-Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival at the warehouse-Liaise with appropriate departments when non-conformance or poor quality items are received.

1. Ensure a proper reversal process of orders on the returns process.2. Confirm total quantities of items packed for returns.3. Ensure a proper resolution of customer complaints.4. Confirm quality assurance, brand, size, and color of items shipped out to the customer on returns, contrary to customer’s request.5. Confirm damaged items on transit for the damage process.6. Confirm restock items for restock process back to the store.7. Acknowledge after-sales orders and scan them to After sales unit for the onward process. 8. Acknowledge customer’s reshipment item with fast-track process.9. Confirm mismatched orders and provide quick fix accordingly.10. Input return orders into the company’s system database using the company’s inbuilt applications and international applications e.g. (Atom, Mercury, Magento, and SAP). 11. Ensure accurate and proper restock process on restock items using business App (SAP).12. To always assign daily activities to the team accordingly for a team result.13. Ensure team results meet the company’s target or exceed the target daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.14. Always look out for a broken sealed, tampered order, and missing item from the returned orders and escalate respectively to the management. 15. Supervise teamwork for a better result and output.16. Provide accurate training for the new staff joining the unit.17. Ensure the proper put-away process for inventory restocking.18. Respond to the company’s CET (Customer Experience Team) mails, and calls, and give verdicts on customers' complaints. 19. Suggest possible ideas/resolution processes to the company’s management on how to reduce customer returns.20. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
