• Monitor the day to day activities of the outbound team
• Prepare scripts and call logs for outbound surveys/ campaigns as applicable
• Assist to follow up and follow through customer’s complaint/request within the 72hours Complaint management policy
• Detail report on feedback received during outbound exercise

• Responsible for developing and implementing social media plans and specific tactics across all channels of social media (Facebook, Twitter and Skype) for key annual events as well as additional opportunities as.
• Monitor and track all social media initiatives and tactics implemented by Skye Bank Plc and develop reports on those findings.
• Execute the bank’s day-to-day social media activities, including updating its social media platforms.
• Directly engage Universal friends and fans via social media platforms, fostering conversations and relationships.
• Initiation of logs (on Customer Relationship Management) and escalation where necessary with consistent follow-up to ensure that every log is closed with appropriate resolution.
• Compilation of daily and weekly reports to capture customers’ complaints, enquiries and service requests.

• Monitor and track all social media initiatives and tactics implemented by Skye Bank Plc. and develop reports on those findings.
• Developing and implementing digital consumer acquisition campaigns.
• Building and nurturing relationship with press and PR Agencies
• Create HTML email templates and newsletters for e-mail marketing campaigns.
• Design complex interfaces to support third party systems.
