Design, Development and Delivery of Human Resources and Organisational Development projects ( Learning and Development (design, delivery/facilitation of learning and development interventions) , Talent Acquisition, Assessment and Development centre design, cordination and facilitation, design and delivery of organisational development interventions, Organisational diagnostics, HR advisory...& other client talent management requirements).

Leadership of the learning and development execution team, research, development and delivery of bespoke HR and management solutions that span learning design, execution, facilitation and evaluation, business process outsourcing, client relations management, talent acquisition, HR advisory services etc.

Design, Implementation and management of overall business operations spanning learning and development design, delivery and evaluation, talent management services, (In plant and external i.e consultancy), design of organisational systems and business process engineering, talent acuisition and management, coordination of business development and operations for various Ventures and Consultancy projects.Responsibilities also included development of business plans and feasibility studies, overseeing various project handlers of the company’s numerous business ventures, Training and supervision of Business Development Assistants and field supervisors in charge of various ventures set up by the organization.

Relationship Management, Business development, Treasury Management, International Operations, Sourcing and management of demand and termed deposits, creation of Risk Asset,Training, Supervison, performance monitoring and appraisal of Banking Trainees.
