Olujoke's experience cuts across dispute resolution and corporate practice. She has advised and represented individuals, Nigerian and multinational companies in several complex, high-value arbitration and litigation proceedings in state, federal, appellate and West African regional courts, covering several subject areas such as energy, technology, intellectual property, maritime, public procurement, employment, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and human rights. She was a joint expert on Nigerian law in proceedings at Truro County Court, Cornwall, United Kingdom, where she provided an expert report on the enforcement of foreign judgments. She represented the family of the late Gambian journalist, Deyda Hydara, in a landmark suit against the Republic of Gambia at the Community Court of Justice ECOWAS leading to favourable judgment for the Hydaras. She also served as Nigerian counsel to a global oil company in a CIArb commercial arbitration (seated in London) arising from the termination of a contract.She regularly engages with key regulators and advises on company formation and a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues.Olujoke has facilitated trainings on several subject areas including arbitration, freedom of information, corporate governance, electronic evidence, local content, law office management, within and outside Nigeria. Participants vary from students, young lawyers, experienced practitioners to several high level civil and public servants including members of the National Assembly and serving governing boards of statutory corporations. She was also a panelist at the United States Embassy Panel Discussion on Workplace Sexual Harassment.At the maiden edition of the Nigeria Legal Awards, she was honoured as one of the 40 lawyers under 40 that will shape the future of the Legal Profession in Nigeria.Olujoke is qualified to practice in both Nigeria and New York. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK) Nigeria Branch, a Fellow of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative (FNLI) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (FICMC). She is the current Chairperson of the CLE Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (Unity Bar) Abuja Branch, currently serves as a member of the 2020 Conference Planning Committee of the Section on Business Law (SBL) of the Nigerian Bar Association and is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.Olujoke is the co-author of the book, 40 Lessons On Our Journeys To 40.
