Service Coordinator
Current- Lead and coordinate technical services and support execution of services.
- Coordinate with other departments (Technical service, Sales, Contract and Project Management) according to needs and requirements, ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Maintain master data of SAP and field scheduling system.
- Responsible and accountable for results and deviations of all services handled per what is planned.
- Follow up the service work orders until invoicing, including change orders, and technical documentation to ensure proper billing at project completion.
- Maintain effective communication between the team, clients and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth operation.
