Reports to: CEO, Regional Manager, and Community Support Manager• To raise the profile of coaching and promote the benefits of both having a coach and being a coach.• To promote the benefit of the coaching approach in the corporate and business communities.• To Organise and manage the monthly support group meetings for the benefit of all coaching students, existing coaches, and the local and business communities.• To sell, promote and further the roles, aims and objectives of Noble Manhattan Coaching in the personal coaching and corporate coaching markets.• To maintain and update the coaching support group website provided on a regular basis.• To provide a regional contact and representative for Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd.

• Identifying needs and opportunity within a particular community• Monitoring and evaluating the organization’s projects, tracking progress against project objectives and making adjustment as necessary to ensure project success.• Develop project ideas based on the identified needs and opportunities, and determine the feasibility of these ideas in terms of resources, funding, and impact. Projects carried out by CYIC include:• Confluence Icons – Award Presentation to outstanding individuals and groups within host community(s).• Miss Teen Kogi & Miss Teen Abuja – Organizing Teenage Pageants• Girl Child Education/Awareness “(Project Leave no Girl Behind)”• Philanthropy• Youth Development Programs• Community Aid Projects

• Responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s strategic plans to achieve its goals and objectives.• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow the organization’s revenue and market share.• Provide leadership and guidance to the organization’s employees and also create and positive and productive work environment.• Responsible for managing relationship with key stakeholders; investors, customers and employees

• Responsible for managing the studio’s business operations, including financial management, marketing and advertising.• Responsible for hiring and managing of studio employees including photographers and administrative staff.• Ensuring that clients’ needs are met and that they receive high-quality product.• Developing and implementing plans to achieve the studio’s objectives and goals
