• Monitor and take responsibility alongside the store manager for write off and ensuring the approved write off threshold is maintained.• Resolve price differences between POs and invoices in direct contact with the category managers.• Resolve issues of skills/items not sellable at the fill. • Coordinates inventory count and performs periodic audit on inventory in liaison with the Snr Accountant.• Actively monitor the receiving of goods, ensuring the GR business process is being adhered to and flagging discrepancies to the Head of Operations/Commercial Manager.• Work with store managers to take responsibility to plan stock replenishment.• Monitor store usage levels ensuring no “out of stock” and to also deal with over-stocking especially short date life issues.• Process stock adjustment including but not limited to the following:o Stock unit discrepancyo Interdepartmental transfero Damaged stocko Write offs.o Returns to suppliers.• Check and investigate any discrepancies in stock volume and report it to the Commercial Manager.• Sales/Stock Analysis on varying frequencyo Monthly reports on Items without sales in the past 2 or 3 months (1st week)o Monthly Top 100 best sellers and slowest items per storeo Monthly Top 10 vendors sales/stock analysis reporto Stock Age analysis and De-listing recommendationso ABC analysis for general PMRo Year on Year promo analysis and Revenue expectation setting.o Branches key account customers identification and purchase analysis.
