Responsibilities: Initiate and Supervise projects Organize and plan essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, as well as day to day running of the organization’s businesses. Responsible for making sure that contracts, insurance requirements and safety standards are correctly complied with Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
