• Supporting GoodWe’s after-sales activities in Kenya and SSA countries. • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to customers. • Constantly monitoring and analyzing service KPIs including customer satisfaction. • Providing direct technical support to key distributors and EPCs, including remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting support. • Holding customer installation and service trainings, face-to-face and online.• Proactively improving service processes and tools of GoodWe to increase customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

1. Answer technical questions from customers ( Inc. EPC, Developers, Investors, Installers) on the company’s products i.e Sungrow and Chint inverters, Cleon batteries, Kenwest Cables, HDLedlights)2. On-site commissioning instructions and O&M services consultation.3. Offering technical liaison and clarifications to the sales team on various products and projects.4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.5. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.6. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved atechnical issue.7. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams (e.g. manufacturer).8. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.9. Ensure all issues are properly logged.10. Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.11. Prepare accurate and timely reports.12. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.13. Organise for technical trainings.14. Maintain strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication.
