Worked directly with 3 project managers and coordinated the delivery of results from all the projects. We increased our acreage by 150%, planted 20 more acres of trees, and finalized the expansion of our fish farm to 26 fish ponds. managed overall human resource and monthly budgeting needs of the farm. During this period, employee retention increased by 40% and we developed a streamlined payment system for both staff and contractors. Worked on both the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) and USDA organic certification processes for the farm. We got our UNBS certificate in 2020 and finalized the development and implementation of our Internal Management System (IMS) for organic certification. I work alongside the director on market research, strategy development, market research, customer relations, export and logistics coordination, local government relations development, among others. This improved our efficiency as a company and enabled progress in terms of growth. I also managed the social media accounts which gave us more visibility and international features for example in the IFOAM Organics blog. We now have Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages for the farm.

I was responsible for the development and implementation of the project. In the 1st phase, we reached over 2,500 children in 9 primary schools and 2 orphanages meeting over 90% of our target. Carried out workshops and training on the program in all the schools and orphanages. The implementation of the program went well in all the targeted schools and orphanages. Social media marketing of the project and writing reports documenting the progress of the program. We got recognized by the local leaders for efforts to end malnutrition and encourage tree planting within the district. We also hosted a district leaders workshop in 2019 due to the publicity and impact of the project.

Strategic leadership and management of the organization for the 2016-2017 term. We hosted the regional East African Pioneers Congress and Youth Speak Forum which brought together over 200 delegates from 11 nationalities with over 8 partners for both events. Signed 15 country-to-country exchange partnerships which led to the growth of the medicine project, stronger regional collaboration, and growth in the professional internship portfolios. Alumni and patron engagement improved kickstarted by the hosting of the alumni meet patron 3-day event which greatly contributed to the quality development of our membership through conference spaces and mentoring sessions.

I was responsible for member recruitment, training, and development.Organized 3 national conferences and coordinated various events that led tothe development of AIESEC members.Implemented the GROWTH model of coaching which led to the development of Local Committees and better member relations.Integrated AIESEC exchange products into our member development plans which increased both our numbers and the quality of our members. Our membership grew by 70% during the course of one year.

I was responsible for leading the executive towards planning and executing activities geared towards creating self-reliant students at Kyambogo University.Facilitated weekly workshops covering various topics focused on coming up with solutions for social problems affecting Uganda. We developed and implemented 4 projects in the fields of agriculture, nutrition, and art.Invited external speakers to share their knowledge, learnings, and expertise with members as well as offer guidance through the project development and implementation phases. We also engaged the patron on a monthly basis.
