Current- Providing guidance to walk-in customers on product and service offerings.
- Maintaining a positive, and professional attitude towards customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educating customers and potential customers with information on Service Level Agreement and delivery timelines either physically or via phone conversation.
- Driving client satisfaction by ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Providing product/service information related to delivery life cycle, rates and payment.
- Acknowledging and resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction.
