The purpose of the project is to extend the PnP Service which includes Direct Debit, Standing Order, Cash & Banking and Cheque Imaging Project (CIP) available to Personal Banking Customers to Business Banking Customers, ensuring that Business Banking Customers are provided with notifications when payments will be refused and then given an opportunity to fund their account prior to second attempt to pay the items.
