Assess the nature of business activities, number of employees and existing policies and proffer strategies to manage prevailing risks. Responsible for compliance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Develop and implement organizational security and safety programs. Evaluate the workplace environment and develop management practices that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees. Liaise on security and community issues. Conduct risk assessment to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures. Review and update HSE policies. Champion the compliance with the HSE management system. Maintain HSE records with gaps fully closed. Conduct trainings and presentations. Prepares the HSE related procedures and ensures good integrity status of all project equipment and manage land journeys. Provides HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested. HSE Documentation/ Journey Management: Achieved over 5million Man-Hours LTI free with HSE Awards. Assisted the HSE Manager in HSE management during construction and pre/commissioning phases. Participated and assisted in HAZOP, FIREPRAN, HAZID technical studies. Analyses HSE performance records and suggested strategic management ideologies to improve subsequently. Coordinated the Load-out, Transportation and skidding of 3 DOMGAS modules CPFs using SPMT, Skid rails/ skid shoes.
