• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational procedures and policies that align with the Company’s business strategy and best practice• Define each customer segment and determine value proposition for each segment• Track and analyse client activities across various channels to identify the most effective communication channels and format• To identify each customer segment’s pension product appetite for effective marketing and cross sell opportunities• Generate ideas by researching industry practices/trends and related sources with the aim of applying to business and improving service delivery to clients.• Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory changes in the industry on clients and ensure alignment of client related strategies.• Provide strategies to improve the quality of engagement with clients and the effectiveness of information sent to clients across the Company by ensuring the communications are well suited to each segment.• Design various programmes and activities aimed at ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to the various client categories with the exception of HNI/VIP client segment• Introduction and implementation of at least 3 new customer service related initiatives in the year aimed at improving customer experience• Design and deliver personalized service to clients where applicable in line with the approved client segmentation• Protect the organization's value by ensuring confidentiality and currency of client information.• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational procedures and policies that align with the Company’s business strategy and best practice

• Processing of schedules received from companies.• Upload of contributions into the various Funds and individual accounts • Executing withdrawal instructions from the various Funds.• Reconciling the activities on the Funds (i.e. uploads and withdrawals done in the RSA, TRSA and RSA Retiree Fund) with the bank’s position to ensure that all transactions are correctly accounted for.• Reconciliation of different fund accounts (clients and company accounts)• Preparation of transfer instructions in between Funds• Effective record keeping and proper of Fund Accounts• Ensure proper adherence to regulatory body and Company Policies in relation to pension administration
