• Interface with clients on surveys, the scope of research
• Design methodology and instruments (questionnaires) to be used.

• Identify potential opportunities, leads and sales of all company’s products in assigned territory.
• Develop action plans for achieving targets in territory

• Resolve passengers flight and travel enquiries, complaints.
• Making call-outs to inform and re-book passengers/itinerary in cases of cancelled flights.
• Updating database for frequent flyers and giving advice for miles redemption.
• Promotion of Virgin Nigeria products to new passengers and frequent fliers.
• Daily and weekly collation of total sales generated to lead agents.
