I streamlined project processes by implementing a detailed work plan and monitoring system, which led to an increase in project efficiency. By overseeing resource allocation and training field personnel, I contributed to the project's long-term sustainability and success. These collaborations significantly contributed to ISGPP’s mission of improving governance and public policy.My coordination of logistics for over 65 high-profile meetings, trainings, and conferences facilitated the smooth execution of these events, directly impacting policy discourse in Nigeria. Through optimizing vendor management and overseeing budgeting processes, I achieved a significant reduction in operational costs. Additionally, I led the recruitment and training of new team members, which enhanced ISGPP’s capacity to deliver on its objectives. My innovative approach to problem-solving and my ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines earned me recognition as a reliable and results-driven leader.
