Developed and implemented fleet renewal strategy for marine operations leading to the replacement of marine crafts within NLNG operations with newly built vessels at more competitive rates and an optimised fleet base.- Established and employed ship refit strategy, resulting 50% reduction in average spend per refit on LNG ships as well as saved number of ship off-hire days with improved proactive planning of the refits rather than executing on ad-hoc basis.- Led first contract optimisation review on long-term ship charters leading to significant annual savings from ship charters from crew optimisation, bunker consumption, and utilisation of the vessels.
