- Work with a team of customer care agents to resolve issues on phone and providing necessary information on products, payment and delivery services.- Receive, process and verify the accuracy of purchases from customers utilizing the organization's internal CRM systems.- Ensures and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.- Cross sell and Upsell product of need to customers.- Contacting potential customers through a dialler system and offering them a variety of products and services.- Take accurate notes of conversations with customers.
