CurrentOversee the Recruitment and selection process Develop and implement HR policies based on legal requirements and best practices.Identify worker’s skill gaps and recommending training.Managing employee relations including resolving conflicts.Prepare job description for new joiners.Provide accurate and timely HR function through a range of admin activities.Ensure accurate and complete records are maintained and making sure probation and other key events are appropriately signed off.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in HR related issues.
