I am a versatile social Impact and Human Resources professional with over Ten years of continuous progressive practice. I have multiple industry experiences across Social Development & Enterprise, Alternative Marketing, Entertainment, E-commerce. I currently drive the strategy and impact at Bunmi Adedayo Foundation, Before then i had managed the Human Resource, Learning and Development program for Freedom Foundation in Nigeria. Previously, I served as the strategic HR Business Partner and Operation Manager for Maxima Media Group, a multifaceted company that handles Media production, event coordination, and garment production.I have experience in Employee engagement & relations, compensation and benefits benchmarking & administration, recruitment and selection, talent management Policy Formulation, Design of Performance Management system using the Balanced Scorecard model etc.I have an engaging personality, strong analytical reasoning abilities and a keen interest in aligning the human resources of forward-looking organizations to achieving business objectives.Alongside my dual degree from the University of Lagos in Education and Biology, I am a member of the National Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and a member of the National Institute of Management (NIM).Currently, I am working to complete the SHRM Certification in 2021.
