As an account and customer success associate, I am responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients. This includes identifying and addressing their needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and working with them to achieve their goals.I am also responsible for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and for ensuring that our clients are getting the most out of our products and services.In addition to these responsibilities, I also regularly communicate with clients to understand their feedback and work with internal teams to address any issues or concerns they may have.Overall, my role is focused on ensuring that our clients are successful and that they continue to use and value our products and services.

Key Responsibilities include the following:Business Development - Developing and executing strategic initiatives focused on new growth opportunities; Championing operational improvements and strategic alliances; Identify business opportunities and profitable partnerships; Participate in key marketing decision making process on brand presence; Assisting with contract coordination; Coordinating debriefs on strategic wins/losses; Liaising with respective Partners and Managers on developing business proposal, Expression of Interest, required supporting documents and other strategic Information, content research and review; and Contributing to strategy. Sales and Marketing - Content management; Championing the development and management of marketing materials, proposals, statement of credentials, capability statements, expressions of interest and other business development materials; Management of brand compliance; Provision of knowledge assistance through the use of internal tools; Understanding various line of business of clients to reflect in business development plans.

Events & Hospitality - Supervising the, organizing and management of business events, conferences and seminars to market the Firm’s services; Administering the development of clear objectives and key performance indicators to evaluate the success of events; Assist in ensuring the development of good relations with the press and media in order to secure adequate and accurate coverage of the Firm’s public relations and promotional activities. Design Services - Supervising designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts and reviewing finished design and publication materials for standards and brand compliance.
