Lead the tactical execution and efficient delivery of the Fellow-in-Residence strategic and programmatic goals, driving operational excellence stability, and scalability. I play an essential role in leading the high-quality delivery of Peace First’s programs. I supervise a team of Fellows-in-Residence/Regional Managers to deliver against ambitious goals in advancing a youth-led movement of global innovators tackling everything from gender equity to climate change to mental health.

I lead a thriving community of young peacemakers in Africa, providing mentorship, coaching, resources, tools to them and approving a mini-grant of $250 that helps them bring their impact projects targeted at combating injustices in their communities to life.
