As a CX Product Manager, I lead the full product lifecycle of a music community platform aimed at empowering independent musicians. This includes driving the discovery phase by orchestrating music talent incubation camps, collaborating with creatives to produce EPs, and gathering critical user insights. In the validation phase, I work closely with engineering to build a blockchain-enabled payment solution for real-time splits, ensuring seamless revenue distribution. Through the launch phase, I focus on integrating AI/ML for advanced data analytics from digital service providers, continuously enhancing the platform through evaluation and iteration to optimize user experience.

I led the roadmap to build SaaS solution that helped with tracking the efficiency of a wellness product with customers and distributors. Led cross-functional team of UX/UI designer and developers using Agile to automate several processes on employee CRM which enabled a smoother process and better customer experience. Participated and co facilitated sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, backlog refinement and technical brainstorming sessions.

I spearheaded the launch of a SaaS product that integrates ATM machines with bank transaction software, utilizing Agile methodologies from ideation to market launch. We began with comprehensive market research and user story mapping to identify key requirements for enhanced transaction speed, security, and real-time data synchronization. Working closely with marketing and sales, we developed a go-to-market strategy featuring targeted campaigns, product demos, and webinars. The launch was executed seamlessly, leading to swift adoption by financial institutions and significant improvements in transaction efficiency and security, solidifying our foothold in the fintech sector.
