Customer Experience (Cx) Product Manager
CurrentAs a CX Product Manager, I lead the full product lifecycle of a music community platform aimed at empowering independent musicians. This includes driving the discovery phase by orchestrating music talent incubation camps, collaborating with creatives to produce EPs, and gathering critical user insights. In the validation phase, I work closely with engineering to build a blockchain-enabled payment solution for real-time splits, ensuring seamless revenue distribution. Through the launch phase, I focus on integrating AI/ML for advanced data analytics from digital service providers, continuously enhancing the platform through evaluation and iteration to optimize user experience.
