In this role, I am responsible for the management of the end-to-end process in Accounts payable, Accounts receivable to ensure that we have a smooth operations and we provide accurate reporting to the leadership in a timely, accurate and efficient manner + ensuring that our partners get all required information in other to process transactions be it vendors, internal customers and our external customers.Likewise, am saddled with ensuring that the best practices and all financial guidelines (IFRS, GAAPS) are adhered to -this in turn has led to a no significant change in our audited Financial Statement.Am also responsible for partnering with the commercial and marketing team by providing relevant information as regards Advertising and promotion expenses in comparison with budget-giving detail providing commentaries on variances thereby leading to a successful track of A&P expenses in line with company objectives.I formulate the strategy for tax operations and tax risk management in Nigeria. I manage the end-to-end process for issues that borders around Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax, Employee Related Taxes and all other forms of indirect tax.

In this role, I am responsible for the management of the fixed asset system, accounting for all intercompany transactions with 3 subsidiaries. Some of my day to day activities revolves around:Supervising quarterly PPE verification in all plants with the internal Audit and Logistics department and ensuring tracking of the company's expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.Preparing monthly Fixed Asset schedule and carrying out monthly Asset depreciation, Disposal of asset, write offs and Accounting for Lease in line with IFRS 16.presenting the CAPEX report on behalf of the project team to business leaders giving track on project update in terms of cost, scope and timing of projects.Ensure accurate tracking and amortization of all prepayment to their expense lines.
