• Provides programmatic and administrative support for experiential learning activities on the campus related to undergraduate research and entrepreneurship and their associated advisory and student organizations.• Assists the Office of Undergraduate Research and the Entrepreneurship Innovation Center in collecting information to serves as a repository for pertinent campus initiatives and activities.• Manages student technical assistants and ambassadors.• Manages and develops content for experiential learning publications and reports, collects, compiles, and analyzes pertinent data for internal and external reporting purposes.• Monitors the Experiential Learning Title III activity to carry out the objectives and goals of the project and to collate and submit required reports and plans.• Manages the Office of Undergraduate Research and Entrepreneurship Innovation Center websites and newsletter.• Develops and processes requisitions, travel requests and reimbursements, and other documents to expend funds pertinent to experiential learning.• Creates and reviews PeopleSoft requisitions, budget transfers, revisions, new budgets, expend/rev transfers, and budget reports for OUR and the Entrepreneurship Academy and to ensure compliance with pertinent University, USM, and Title III guidelines.• Co-Plans and implements workshops, and other events to enhance experiential learning including providing assistance for the Summer Undergraduate Research Institute, the Summer Launch Program, Research and Innovation Week Day, etc.• Conducts and analyzes surveys with workshop and event participants to gain qualitative information about events and areas for improvement.• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information and maintains confidentiality.
