• Provide guidance and advice to clients on procurement matters, and coach them on relevant processes(i.e. request for proposal (RFP), Request for quotation (RFQ), Bid evaluation criteria and other competitive procurement tools) to ensure clients need are met and to ensure procurement processes are fair open and ethical• Analyze procurement requirements and select the most appropriate methods based on interpretation and assessment of established policies• Provide technical advice on ERP Purchasing module, testing and implementation of selected systems• Analyze, negotiate and prepare contractual agreement• Monitor and review progress of progress of contractual agreements

FOREIGN EXCHANGE• Update & process data on FX volume & rates: WDAS, Bureau De Change (BDC), Inter-Bank and parallel markets• Track and update NIFEX rates• Compute analytical reports on FX market/currency correlation• Compute analytical reports on FX market/currency volatilityPENSION• Collate data on all pension fund administrators and custodians• Track pension funds and unit prices of pension fund administrators and pension asset size• Track compliance level of pension entities and players• Comparing domestic pension scheme with international standards and practice• Create reports for market analysis
