I am a young black female, seeking employment. I have several years working at the Department of Local Government- Western Cape as an Admin Officer and acting Personal assistant to the Acting Director but had to resign due to my family's relocation, before that I was with the Office of the Premier as a Personal Assistant to the Chief technology Officer in the Eastern Cape.My work style is a balance of structure and responsibility with an awareness of others' needs. I have experience in planning, organization skills and time management. I also have an ability to communicate and deal courteously with people at all levels. I have experience in preparing and editing documents. I pride myself on always taking ownership of assigned tasks, regardless of whether they fall into my job description.I am able to take initiative, to work unsupervised and as part of a team, to perform duties with speed and accuracy and to work under pressure.With my experience within government around office administration /management and with my qualification I do believe I can add value to any institution. I would like to be an integral part of a dynamic institution where my enthusiasm and hard work will lead to success not only for me but also for the organization I represent. I am available immediately as currently I am a home executive.
