Perform all kinds of testing including: Unit Testing, Back-End testing, Black/Gray-Box testing, Performance, UAT, UI/UX GUI and Functional Testing, Positive/Negative, Regression, Alpha/Beta, Localization testing. Using Chrome Dev tools.Participate and Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating Test-cases, Test Plans and Test coverage Cross-browsing and Cross-OS Matrix to run all test and capture test results on PC, Mac and Mobile devices.Design, develop and execute detailed Manual and Automation test cases for Web, Cloud and Desktop applications, as well as API Payment Gateway testing with Postman API and JavaScript tests. Capture test results, create Bug-reports using JIRA/Confluence.Perform quality End-to-End testing including Web Performance testing with Lighthouse, GTMetrix on for the various apps to ensure proper system functionality for UI and UX.Participate in a daily Scrum meeting with Agile team members via Slack and Zoom, including offshore teams.

Perform UI/UX testing for Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Reader for technical editor.Perform Localization testing by validating for Publishing agency programs for spellings, images, technical requirements.Follow, complete, and update assigned test cases in Jira/Confluence, create Bug-reports for Publishing agency Software developers. Perform UAT testing including: Ad-hoc, Positive/Negative, Functional, Regression to find bugs and issues.
