- Managed a team of 2 UX and UI designers to redesign a responsive version of an existing online certifications proctoring website.- Managed a team of 2 UX/UI designers to redesign a group of 3 apps in the domain of recruitment and content management.- Built the design system with more than 500 UI components for a group of 5 apps for both mobile and web versions. As the result, the designers on the customer's side, as well as ours,use this design system to make the designs consistent, the work cheaper and easier.- Was responsible for preparing the scenarios and tasks to conduct moderated user testing sessions, preparing and analyzing the final reports.- Have communicated directly with customers on more than 300 calls, online workshops and emails for last six months.- Collaborated directly with engineers to direct business logic and UX of features.- Designed 200+ custom healthcare-related icons and user interface elements, thereby saving resources and eliminating the need to outsource the task.- Mentored an intern during Cieden design internship.
