Current1. Communication Liaison:Act as a primary point of contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle and filter communication, responding on behalf of the CFO when appropriate. 2. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CFO. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information. 3. Expense Management: Monitor and manage expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies. Track and reconcile expenses associated with the CFO's activities. 4. Project Coordination: Support the CFO in managing and coordinating various projects and initiatives. Collaborate with different departments to ensure project milestones are met. 5. Information Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information. Keep the CFO informed on relevant updates, changes, and upcoming commitments.
