Searching for new PSPs, Acquiring Banks, EMIs (for different GEOs);Negotiating with potential partners regarding the best service conditions and prices;Managing the processes of onboarding and compliance with new partners;Further communication and strengthen the relationship with existing partners: tracking settlements, resolving disputes, identifying new opportunities to further the partnership etc.;Managing of work of junior managers: adaptation, training, supervising during their work;Managing of the internal and co-ordinate with company's departments to improve and deliver products and services to our customers and partners.

-Development of Compliance policies and procedures-AML/Sanctions/PEP compliance, consumer protection and data privacy-Coordinating with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies-Participation in business plans development-Communication with PSPs', banks' and EMIs' compliance departments-Passing the compliance procedure for opening bank/EMI accounts, merchant accounts, e-wallets, etc.-Negotiations with agents, banks, auditors, PSPs-Preparing, managing, organizing, and updating corporate incorporation documents for passing compliance procedures-Reviewing and editing of service agreements-Operationalize regulatory needs
