⦁ Recruit CDL class A drivers through different sources.⦁ Maintain all driver personal records on file to set up DQ file.⦁ Review and evaluate driver applications and assist drivers with a commute to onboarding process.⦁ DOT employment verification.⦁ Communicate with drivers thru out hiring process to address any questions or concerns.⦁ Schedule a drug test / medical exam for the drivers.⦁ Check on the driver through out employment daily and address issues that may arise to retain the driver.⦁ Address driver concerns through out different departments in the company.⦁ Create and reply on company posts on the internet.⦁ Follow up on safety polices and regulations compliance.

⦁ Driver’s background check (pre-employment drug test, DQF,MVR,PSP, 10st)⦁ Update files (CDL, medical card, drug/alcohol follow up tests)⦁ Provide administrative support to our Safety team, assisting in daily office needs⦁ Maintain driver, truck and trailer qualification files and records.⦁ Assist with safety policies and procedures that are in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including FMCSA and Department of Transportation (DOT)⦁ Assist with updating spreadsheet and systems as needed.
