Code invoices for payment.• Monitor and assign exceptions in COR360.• Balance and integrate daily work from COR360 into Great Plains.• Resolve vendor inquiries and issues.• Review and research past due balances on invoices.• Scan checks using on-site electronic deposit technology.• File and maintain accounting files.• Process credit card payments for sales offices.• Submit property expense reimbursement requests to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.• Handle incoming calls from vendors and branch offices.• Special projects as assigned.
