CurrentAs Lead Engineer for HVAC systems at Tengizchevroil, I oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning of critical HVAC systems on one of Kazakhstan’s largest industrial projects. My role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system integration, high performance, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:• Leading the full lifecycle of HVAC system activities, from design to commissioning, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth transitions during critical phases.• Coordinating efforts between Construction, System Completions, and Operations teams to resolve engineering challenges and meet project milestones.• Developing and executing comprehensive commissioning procedures, reducing operational risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.• Managing high-risk activities, including scaffolding and hoisting operations, maintaining a strong focus on safety and timely task completion.• Spearheading key technical improvements, such as optimizing compressor performance by introducing pressure control valves and resolving water hammer issues in steam heat exchangers.Key Achievements: Played a pivotal role in the successful startup of the Pressure Boost Facility (PBF), achieving 52 Ready for Operation (RFO) milestones and ensuring the seamless conversion of the first metering station to low pressure.
