I am a passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach with experience in working with youth athletes and providing evidence based programming. Having started out as a Footballer and Track and Field athlete to now transitioning into Weightlifting, I have an immense love for sport. This motivation evolved into a drive to coach athletes and learning more about the factors contributing to great sporting performance. I am actively working towards becoming a Performance Coach and helping athletes realise their potential.My current coaching philosophy is to integrate a 'human-first' approach in line with emerging scientific research as I believe the journey to achieving peak physical performance is as important as the destination.
