I was working as a French language Translator and Interpreter. Capgemini is a IT based French company so our Clients are also French and as result I get an opportunity to work as an Interpreter. Due to the language communication problem between India and France I have to work as a mediator and have to make their job easier. Moreover I work as an Translator (Technical Based). I have to support the technical team as well as by helping them in rebooting the servers and any technical issues. I need to take calls and need to talk to the customers as per our Indian team concerned. In total I work here as a Translator and InterpreterMoreover, I work as a freelancer translator (Technical/Non technical domain) and in past days I have worked as a Translator for the Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, for Cambodia Project (Ta Prohm Temple) from Nov 2007 to March 2008

I have been working for Capgemini on CONTRACT with Magna Infotech Pvt Ltd. In Genpact I used to handle the customers in France. Basically it was a call center. I used to work with Indian embassy which was based in France. Customers used to come to our embassy at France center there they used to submit their request for Visa and we used to process those request from India. In France our Firm is named as VFS Global Pvt. Ltd. In a day I used to handle almost 80 to 110 calls. Apart from that I used to play a role of language quality checker. I used to work as a Process Developer (PD) and under me there were 10 people who used to work as Process Associate (PA). My responsibilities were to monitor their calls and rate them as per different domain and the report to my manager on a monthly basis and I had to summaries everyday activities like number of calls we receive, number of Visa we process, escalation, escalation reply from France team, cases resolved in a Day and used to send the report on a daily basis. Moreover if there is any technical issues occurring among the team or/and process related any issue, I used to send the emails to our clients in France and get those resolved

In HSBC I used to work for a “Non- voice” process wherein I used to receive the scanned documents form HSBC France and those documents were located on particular location, where I used to convert it into editable form and process the request by using special software given by HSBC France. I was in Domestic payment team means I used to process the transaction request directly made by customer within “France”. I used to check the details of the customer and the amount requested and put the details into that particular software and by approving I used to send it to the France wherein customer’s account were credited by the requested amount and had been receiving the CASH in (Euros). I was the responsible for the Technical calls for example if any team facing any technical issues then I used to call France and used to get those resolved on time. Apart from that I used to support International payment, Account opening and maintenance team too. This was the part of our French team. It was a team of 45 members
