• A good experience of Data analysis on working plant as well as operating pilot plant. • Involved in the quality improvement and also working on yield improvement in the plant.• Capacity enhancement project •Productivity improvement, daily monitoring and data collection and identifying various small productivity improvement actions.• Working on both DCS data and logbook data, for data analysis for process improvement and reducing variability in process.• Also work on the cost minimisation in the effluent treatment process.

I have done my summer internship at upl unit 2 in the production of clomazine. Here i study many new things regarding process and it’s operations.
