As a Project Manager at Back to Village (B2V), I have been leading the implementation of crop diversification by organic vegetable farming, enhancing its productivity, and creating a market route in Saran district under Farm Sector Development Department, NABARD from September 2021 to March 2023. Prior to this, I served as a Team Leader at WASSAN, where I worked on the implementation of the Jharkhand High Impact Mega Watershed Project (JIWI DAAH HASA) in Anandpur, West Singhbhum, Jharkhand. I was responsible for hiring cluster coordinators and community resource persons, monitoring daily progress and evaluation, coordinating with block and district officials, and conducting village drives for the preparation of DPRs of allocated micro watersheds.In addition, I have also worked with the Department of Forest, Environment & Climate Change, where I designed and composed the District Environment Plan, organized a mushroom training program in the forest range, and worked on the Saranda Sustainable Development Plan in Chaibasa, Saranda Division, Jharkhand.Before that, I worked as a District Collector’s Fellow in Chaibasa, West Singhbhum, Jharkhand, where I supported the district administration by working in the district supply office, organizing workshops on the legitimate use of ePOS machines, capacity building of PDS dealers, and implementing the transparent mechanism of PDS control order.Previously, I served as the COO of Sattvam in Patna, where I leveraged permaculture principles to design integrated farms for middle and large-sized plots, provided farm management services, and offered organic marketing services. I have also worked closely with organic/natural farmers on the production end to ensure regular supply and procurement strategy.
