• Good understanding of Nokia hardware from network design perspective• Creating CIQ for LTE, 3G and GSM RF CIQ with the help of RF Input received from TMO and Existing Dump based on T-Mobile site configuration and RFDS.• Adjacencies for new layers must provide based on existing layer from NW dump.• NSD Sites (New site) CIQ to be create based on the site RFDS.• Based on the site RFD diagram, Port matrix and RF input from the customer, CIQ’s are generated and also SCF (Site commissioning files) are prepared for therespective sites.• Preparation of Site commissioning file for LTE sites using DAISY tool, Phython Macro and BTS Manager.• Preparing Adjacency like LNADJG, LNADJW, GSM-ADJL, WCDMA-ADJL by using Plan• Editor and latest CIQ receive from market/ Nw dump for LTE sites.• Parameter correction for Existing sector and Data Built for Sector Add Sites of Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa & Austin Market.

• Co-coordinating Drive Test Teams for SCFT’s SSCVT’s as well as Cluster Drive activities.• Resolving Field Issues like Low Throughput, Poor RSRP, Low SINR, Low MCS, Low PRB assignment etc.• Checking the Status of sites for service affecting alarms with the help of LSM• Analyzing SCFT Log files for Handovers and Sector Swap (PCI) on Vuze..• Preparing Reports for EMF and submitting it to the Customer for acceptance.• Optimization of Cluster activities with respect to the RSRP, Throughput,• Handovers & Neighbor relations.• Co-coordinating the teams for newly integrated sites and optimizing cluster.
