Performs routine data analysis duties and prepares Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) data.Performs cross-referencing tasks and verifies information.Performs analysis of BOM (Bill of materials) and Engineering drawings to create Installation/Assembly breakdown of parts using authoring tools.Revise AMM to reflect parts interchangeability, Pre/Post configuration service bulletin changes.Follows AMM procedures, publications standards and government/customer specifications for authoring.Communicates ISO processes to company, customer, ISO auditors and representatives.Perform mark-up creation as inputs for illustrations.Learns to recognize non-conformities in accordance with established procedures and suggests recommendations for corrections.Compares product to incoming source data for the purpose of verifying technical accuracy.Assists with answering to technical queries, researching the problem, and composing an answer.Performs basic formatting and cataloging of sub-assemblies and components in order as defined by established procedures and specifications.Performs deep analysis of Engineering Drawings, Part listing Interchangeability and effectivity, Service Bulletins, and Modifications to interpret the data for AMM incorporation.

Operational Excellence:-• Reviews assigned tasks with the Maintenance Manager to gain full understanding of the work, priorities, documentation requirements and cautions, prior to starting work.• Prepares and performs scheduled aircraft maintenance according to assignments from the In-Charge ensuring that the required documentation, parts, tools and GSE are obtained and used per issued instructions.• Carries out scheduled aircraft test and inspection tasks to the standard necessary to fully identify and record any defects or damage in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.• Carries out scheduled routine servicing, Transit, Daily and Weekly Checks, component replacement and test tasks as authorised under the supervision of Engineers• Ensures proper tooling / equipment is drawn from stores to perform tasks, returning all of it in good condition following completion of work.• Regularly reports the status of assigned tasks to the In-Charge and alerts him or her to any problems with aircraft condition or with the execution of the work.

Operational Excellence:- • Carried out routine aircraft/engine/component servicing/ maintenance and/or approved structural repairs compliant to manufacturers procedures whilst observing all safety procedures for fluid replenishment, aircraft refuelling, aircraft systems charging/servicing as required• Complete any component replacement and other maintenance activities as directed by immediate Supervisor. This will include the ability to obtain and understand Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts catalogue (IPC), Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) or other approved Maintenance Documentation as required to carry out the task.• Assist Aircraft Engineers in trouble shooting, defect rectifications and carrying out modifications while also performing instructions contained in Task cards.• Participate and promote in creating a safety culture in an effort to minimise accidents and highlight any deficiencies/failures that can lead to such accidents. Ensure all work locations are kept clean and maintain excellent housekeeping. This includes being aware and communicating safety shortfalls. Maintain vigilance in ensuring work areas (including the ramp), vehicles, stands, lockers are free of FOD and that toolboxes are regularly audited, maintained and kept clean.• Responsible to maintain knowledge of airport safety regulations including holding and maintaining an Airport Driving Permit. Should be fully conversant and compliant with airport manoeuvring area requirements.• Ensured prompt attendance to all allocated tasks with the intent to maximise ground time and avoid operational delays/disruptions. This includes obtaining aircraft/component status brief from Engineers. Reports and preparing work accordingly.
