As a driver for change I have always strived to provide a strong culture to support and develop opportunities to garner positive results against a changing marketplace and industry. I personally push to become a lifelong learner daily, and a participant in the change, as opposed to a responder. I function daily with my moral compass pointed north, and expect nothing but the best drive from the team I lead. My adamant nature has proven to be effective when we stage objectives that seemed to be insurmountable. With positive encouragement, and a strength for the team members to lean on, there simply isn’t anything we cannot overcome. Willingness to lead and a customer service oriented attitude have proven to be valuable to me, my team, and most importantly the customer, in my career.
