As a Knowledge Management Specialist at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, I implement the Louisville District's KM initiatives, providing expertise as the project manager for knowledge management including digital and physical data management for the duration of projects. I develop the policy and processes for the capture of knowledge content across the district while coordinating and leading the KM specific training to senior leaders and the workforce. Coordinates KM policies, processes, and tools to ensure scalability and compatibility within the district.I have more than 20 years of experience in program management, knowledge management, compliance, logistics, and operations. My core competencies include knowledge management, enterprise risk management, operations management, analytical skills, and international affairs. I have a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, an Executive Certificate in Supply Chain Management, and several certifications from the United States Department of Defense.
