 Manage the payroll function ensuring efficient systems, process and controls. Manage the financial system, ensuring maximum productivity and that it meets the needs of the business today and the future. Manage on-going banking relationships for maximum efficiency. Prepare the financial section of the annual report. Oversee the cash management function, including banking relationships. Ensure the business is in compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations and ensure filings are completed in a timely manner. Ensure the team delivers the highest standard of departmental, cross departmental and customer service. Ensure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goals. Lead and coach the team to recruit and retain high caliber staff. Present monthly and year-to-date financials report with accompanying analysis of results. Responsible for managing financial, human resources and administrative functions. This includes preparing the budget; conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports; developing and implementing an effective system of accounting; managing the payroll system and maintaining accurate and current bylaw records. Ensure compliance with financial legislation, policies and procedures  Reconcile general ledger accounts Manage the payroll system in order to ensure all staff are paid on a timely and accurate basis Provide leadership and direction to Finance and Administration staff to ensure efficient use of human resources Evaluate the performance of, and provide training and development opportunities for, Finance and Administration staff Provide leadership by delegating tasks, responding to staff inquiries and providing overall direction to employees Keeping Accounting record of all financial transaction  Prepare monthly income and Expenditures analysis Reconciliation of accounts. Perform other related duties as required
