Leading a team of Application Security Engineers to improve the security posture of engineering at Afiniti. The team is responsible for providing security coverage for all aspects of the Afiniti application and software development stack to ensure that the internal teams have the appropriate knowledge, tools and resources needed to create secure applications and services. The team does that by regularly conducting● static application security testing,● dynamic application security testing,● internal pen testing,● manual code review and● threat modelingThe team also helps manage remediation efforts for vulnerabilities and other weaknesses identified in the Afiniti Applications and services both by internal and external assessments. The team helps build, enhance and enforce a secure SDLC process which ensures security is embedded within each step of the SDLC. The team actively monitors the security posture of each team with the aim to offer targeted training based on their specific weaknesses.
