o Spearheaded RiverPoint Farms Onion Process building project ground up IMP building ($20MM) including multiple 7 figure sub-project. o Actively solicits bidders and pursues coordination of buyout activities to completion. o Diligent maintenance of all document controls for the project including contract documents, specifications, geotechnical reports, permits, clarifications, field sketches, inspections, daily field reports, sign-in sheets, meeting minutes, submittal log, RFI log, change order logs & safety meeting reports. o Partnered in communicating the schedule with subcontractors and suppliers. o Boost the coordination of submittals, RFI’s, deliveries and inspections, along with analyzing how they affect the project schedule. o Regularly lead the project meetings with the project manager and generate the minutes of each meeting (content to include both PM and PE notes) Draft agenda for sub-coordination meetings.
