As a “Customer-Centric Problem Reframer” I analyze the problem from the perspective of the customer (external or internal) to identify the “right” problem to be solved.I have more than seven years of international business experience in Solution Architecture, Product Management and B2B Sales/Business Development, with expertise in launching new products and expanding the business into new markets and geographies. Through my extensive experience from product development to customer management and sales, I have a holistic perspective on the end-to-end delivery of customer solutions.Currently, I’m Senior Project Manager at J. D. Power in their Salesforce practice with main focus on integration with other systems, post-acquisition consolidations and continuous improvement of business processes and applications. Given my technical experience and Sales background, I tend to venture into solution space and technical designing, giving me a perfect platform for pursuing a career as a Salesforce Architect. I have an undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and an MBA from Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Strategic Management and Brand Management.I am always interested in connecting with old friends, colleagues or anyone else who wants to introduce a social cause or a business opportunity.
