Oindrila is Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer at TIAA Global Capabilities. She is responsible for technology, operations and shared services across businesses and support functions. She joined the firm in 2018. She has played an instrumental role in leading key Client Services and Technology functions across Retirement Services and Nuveen Asset Management businesses. She has served as the Site Head in Pune and has also chaired TIAA Global Capabilities' Corporate Social Responsibility Operating Committee to deliver impact in the local communities Previously, Oindrila has worked with Deutsche Bank Operations International (DBOI) in India, where she was responsible for operations functions across the investment banking and asset management businesses. In addition, Oindrila has spearheaded several diverse roles including that of Global Head of Risk and Control for DBOI Service Centers, Global COO for Deutsche Bank Asset Management Operations & Technology and Head of Deutsche Bank Asset Management Operations APAC. With a rich experience of nearly 30 years, Oindrila brings a breadth of expertise in financial services. She has successfully executed roles across multiple domains, functions and geographies while working in various multinational corporations and global capability centers (GCCs). Her earlier stints have been with Fidelity Investments and Standard Chartered Bank.
