My responsibilities as a Senior Draftsperson - Trainer for Henley Properties include but are not limited to:- Training new staff members in all aspects of Henley's Drafting processes using ArchiCAD.- Training and coaching outsourcers in all aspects of Henley's Drafting processes within all states (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA).- Checking drawings completed by new staff and ensuring they are accurate, adhere to all relevant regulations and viable construction methods whilst maintaining a high quality standard of work as they progress out of the Henley Training Pod.- Mentoring and assisting with the coaching and development of new and existing staff.- Managing workflow and correspondence from outsourcers.- Assisting the team in all aspects of Henley drafting including but not limited to: VIC Production Drafting, QLD Production Drafting, NSW Production Drafting, SA Production Drafting, National Business (Masters) Drafting, VIC Display Drafting, VIC Catalogues Drafting and Spec Townhomes.- As well as all the responsibilities that are listed in the Senior Draftsperson position below.
